I dont know if anyone makes a kit... I visited a local shop recently that was just finishing up a custom vortec install on a 350 TBI motor. The shop is RMCR in colorado springs. If you call, dont expect the cost to be as low as a manufacturers kit.

Vortech has kits for GM TBI Trucks:

This is an installation manual for a 5.7 Truck. Here you can read about the modifications needed for the TBI:

Perhaps you can buy a mix of parts from an F-Body kit and the Trick kit ...

I believe that if you were to talk to procharger and get the intercooled kit for a tpi car and get the assorted pieces used on a TBI truck you could complete a TBI kit for a camaro or firebird. I feel very strongly about this because I have installed both tpi and TBI truck kits for customers. dont even get started if you are not willing to discuss the fact that there is currently no CARB (emmis legal kit yet available). I would suggest collecting info and pictures of truck and tpi installs and discussing it with a state of california employee called an "emissions referee" he is the guy you will end up at if you go to a regular smog shop and the smog tech says, "what is all this stuff, here is your referal to the state referee."
