I have NOS Bottle Opener that was never really used. I've pulled all the NOS stuff out of my car, and plan on putting it on eBay.

I was checking the remote opener to make sure it worked before I sold it. I wired it all up, and when I toggle the switch, I hear the solinoid "click", but it doesn't look like the valve opens. Is this how it should work? I don't have a bottle for testing, does the unit need the pressure of a full bottle to operate properly?
