driveabilty probs(turbo part throttle)
at idle im getting really bad surging, and at part throttle low rpms its like th eengine is lugging(like driving a manual car and having the rpms to low)
other then those 2 things the car is running great. im making 4-5 psi by 2,400 rpms, have yet to take the boost higher until i install my new a/f ratio gauge so i can make sure the motor isnt leaning out,and wot is flawless.
maybe one of u guys could give me some suggestions on getting rid of the idle surge, and the low rpm lugging.
btw the motor is a v6 with a to4e turbo, automatic with 4:10 rear gears, and it runs a maf system,im not sure what other info u guys would need,so if u need anymore just let me know

I'm not gonna pretend to know that this is the sure answer, but i just read some of the "Turbochargers" book by hugh macinnes, and there was a certain point on all turbochargers called the surge point, if you can find a map for your turbos usable range, you could figure out if possibly the turbo is too small/big for your setup. That is the only thing I can think of with my very limited turbo knowledge, but I'm sure that you will get a reply from some people more capable of answering.
Good luck!

it turne dout to be a big vacum leak, when i had disconected the charcol can,i had forgeten to block off the one big vacum line. once i pluged that line the idle stoped surging, and it cruises much nicer.i got my new af gauge in btw and im making 5-6 psi around 2,400 with 11 psi @ 3,000 though im starting to lean out at high rpms with the 11 psi wastegate setting so i have to get bigger injectors before i turn up the boost some more
