twin turbo advice needed

I'm gonna be putting together a jy blow through twin turbo GM 406 with eagle crank, rods, je pistons , dart pro 1 heads with 215 runners & 72cc chambers,(comes out at 8.5-1 compression). I have full machine shop facilities to make headers etc. Could any one please tell me what size turbos I should use (A/R etc). I'm looking to make around 500+ bhp. I live in England so I'm unable to get turbos from American cars easily, but have been told that volvo or Saab t3's would work, is this the case? I must admit that I don'rt fully understand how to read maps. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. thanks

Twin t3's will probably be too small for that engine. You're going to want to find bigger turbos or even just one big one. You could always try eBay.

If you are new, read this info on getting started

you can get a new master power t70 for, i believe, around 500$ US. they are good to around 600-650hp. it would be a single setup.

I don't know a lot about turbo stuff, but I would stay clear of turbos from a automotive engine. You would be spinning two T3s too hard/fast and also getting poor efficiency (hot intake air). Maybe two Buick GN turbos at a minimum.....but difficult to find in England.

With a proper cam that engine will be close to 500HP without turbos. I would be looking at JY diesel turbo (T4) units for the twin setup. Total HP guesstimate would be in the 600HP to 1000HP range depending on the boost, intercooler, cam, exhaust.
