Ok so I am building a pretty crazy set up. Atleast for me. A 500 HP 385, all forged 4340 eagle crank and rods. Rings are N20 ready and so on. Aluminum trick flow heads and a vic. jr. intake. with a 1" spacer, N20 plate and 750 Holly DP. Never really been running yet. its got a T-56 and a Moser 12 bolt.

Anyways, I am starting with a 100 shot, but thats not the point....

I am intalling all the odds and ends now. Are there any little things that I should do to make sure everything is perfect before I fire it up?

I know I need to fill the bottle and check for leaks and stuff, but what about an initial test, like have the plate out and off the motor and check if it sprays???? that kinda thing.

I know you guys know much more than me.... so please, fill me in

In your N2o installation book it should tell you how to test the system. Most that I have seen make activate the system without any nitrous in the lines and only let fuel in the lines and you should hear the engine bog for a second when the microswitch is clicked on. Whatever you do dont inject nitrous into the engine without being out on the road and underway above 3000 rpms

 

Yeah... I know about that kinda stuff. I just ment putting it in, kinda thing.... But nevermind it is in the car, just not running yet... Thanks for the tip
