Non-intercooled Vortech

Okay, another crazy idea I'm tossing around. After having bad luck with a procharger a few months back I'm in the process of buying parts for a rebuild of my motor and I'm starting to think I won't be happy without a blower on it. So I'm considering the base SQ-trim. I was less than impressed with the intercooler setup on the ATI unit and I've since sold it all, but I do have meth injection. My main question is compression ratio, both dynamic and static. What should I shoot for if I want to run 6-8psi of boost with meth injection? I know this is mild boost, but with the heads, cam and intake highly upgraded I should be able to put some nasty numbers to the ground. I 'm thinking somewhere in the 9.5:1 static ratio since I'm running aluminum heads (AFR) and a milder cam (comp cams 08-304-8).
