P1SC crank pulley wobble

I finally got her fired up and all sounds good, but looking under the car at the blower pulley it has a slight wobble. Balancer is true, serp pulley is true but the balancer pulley is moving around. I notice the 3 bolt holes for the procharger unit has 2 round ones and 1 oval. is this intended for something? Any solution to fix this?

Awesome advise. I took off everything and noticed the spacer rocked a little in the crank pulley. I kinda used a short chisel and went around that small area where you guys lathed. Sorta peeled it like a apple. Got a small amoutn of shavings off this way, tossed it back on. Smooth as silk

The oval hole is so that the same crank pulley will fit LT1's. The LT1's have 1 hole rotated 5 degrees. Other small block chevy bolt patterns are evenly spaced (3 holes at 120 degrees apart).
