can you also run a plate injection nitrous system? if so, will the nitrous kit give you everything you need to make it all work or do i need to get a secondary fuel cell, pump, and regulator?

You need to make sure you have the required amount that the kit would need, compressor plus nitro usually equal another pump, but not allways, just do the mathematical formula, if you need it PM me and i will find it for you.
