Powershot plate vrs cheater plate

I am converting my super powershot plate kit to a cheater kit and am wondering. Does the powershot plate flow enough to support the cheater system or do you need to get the cheater plate?

I have been using the powershot with all the different setting and getting pretty good with tuning it. I just want to be able to have it adjust up to 250. I don't need anymore then that. Right now the powershot kit will go to 175.

the plates themselve i believe are the same part, its just the solenoids that differ, the cheaters obviously can flow more
