Turbo setup

i was woundering if anybody had put a remote mount turbo in a thrid gen. i got a 86 z. and i want to add a trubo but can't find any for the car. if anyone done this to there car could you let me know and if you have pics can you send them to me. thanks

me too!

i'm also thinking of putting a turbo on my tpi trans-am. i was thinking of putting it in place of the cat, you might have to cut a hole into the floor board and create some type of enclosure. but i would think that the closer to the engine, the better (less lag).

research ststurbo.com they make remote mount systems that are fairly simple to install and youd be quite surprised at how little lag the really have.

don't do that.... only cause im already doing it ...

and 89jyturbo knows his s*** so go to his profile and look at his website, any info you don't find in there just ask him, im sure he'd be willing to help
