are there any plug and play nitros system kit that come with computers that monitor your car and will retard the timming for you. I have a 89 Iroc with a custom performance chip that I had made to make the car run because of mods. they advanced the timming on this chip for more HP gain. A guy that sells the vennom nitros kits (50-100 shot) that come with a computer to monitor fuel and air. It is suppose to be a safe kit. I told him that my timming is permanetly advanced with my chip. and he said this kit will work even if your timming is advanced. I always thought you had to retard the timming for nitros. I need this custom chip in the car. Does this guy know what he is talking about or is he just trying to make a sale? are their any nitros kits that will automatically retard the timming. Is a remote timming control box my only solution? If this timming box is my only hope, will it work with the chip in the car? and if so, what company makes the easiest system to install for the timming control box. and most IMPORTANLY what company makes the easiest nitros kit to install on a 1989 camaro TPI IROC MAF motor? i was always told never to run a chip with a nitrous kit, and on any of the instructions i seen it always said never to use one. but im not sure if he said you would be fine, or like you said maybe he is trying to just make a sale.
