Sport coupe dyno results on nitrous!!
Finally got the nitrous kit on!! (NOS superpowershot kit) best run on motor netted 336.7 rwhp/368.3 rwtq. The 100hp jets made 426rwhp/452.6rwtq, 125hp jets made 443rwhp/467rwtq, the 150hp jets made 476rwhp/ 498rwtq. Bottle pressure was 990psi, window switch set at 3200rpms on and 6000rpms off. I could probably make more power on all three levels by richening it up a little...all runs on nitrous were between 11:8:1 and 12:1, i'd feel better with around 11:5:1...guess i'll book another hour on the rollers here pretty soon to find out. I think I see mid-low 11's in my future, what do you guys think?

whats the specs on the motor? with the 150 jets you might see low 11's with good traction, how much does the car weigh?

the motor is a 10:3:1 4 bolt main 355 (.030 overbore)
Scat forged crank, forged eagle rods and forged speed-pro slugs
edelbrock performer rpm 170cc, 2.02/1.60 aluminum heads
edelbrock rpm air-gap manifold, holley 750dp mech. secondaries
compcams roller nitrous grind- 236/248 dur. @ .050 and .520/.540 lift @ .050
D.U.I street/strip distributor with live wires
ARP studs and bolts everywhere possible throughout the motor.
Last season the car weighed 3384lbs with me in it (I weigh 149lbs) and almost 1/2 tank of gas...the ONLY change for this season is the addition of the nitrous kit.

I have no doubts that it will hold up very well at the track...the 700r-4 is well built with a 9.5" edge converter, ls1 driveshaft, stock 10 bolt housing but with moser 28 spline axels, c-clip eliminators, richmond 3.73's, torsen posi and a stud girdle cover. The suspension consists of every BMR piece that fits a thirdgen, spohn sfc and a custom 8 point cage. I'll be trying out some M/T et sreet radials instead of the nittos i had last season....how better are those over the nittos though?

on a dead hook off the line, you should be somewhere in the high 10's with the 150shot..

Sounds just like mine. I made 335/404 on motor and 483/520 on a 150 shot to the wheels. With my 3690 raceweight I went 11.14 at 128 with a no traction 1.89 60ft. You should be high tens with your weight.
Traction will be your biggest problem.
