Re: turbo piping

Weld them together, or buy a bunch of couplers and pipes.

Either way the hot side is going to need some welding.

Re: turbo piping

I buy lengths of piping and mandrel bends. Layout, cut, test fit, cut, test fit, cut, test fit, weld.

I actually had my pipes finished, and I realized the turbo oil drain was too low once I started the lines, and had to add 3" to all three pipes

Re: turbo piping

Also if you do not want a fabricated look you can do 1 of 2 things..

1) Take car to a place like stainless works.. they have a mandrel bending machine and can make 1 piece flanged pipes for you..

2) mock the system up using PVC.. Note where clearances are close and take pictures of it in the car... Send mocked up PVC and pics to a place like stainless works and they will bend the tubing for you..

If you want the fabricated look then lay out what your trying to do in PVC or cardboard.. then buy all the mandrel bends and tubing.. and start tacking them together...If your not a good welder then just lightly tack weld them and take the pieces to someone..

Re: turbo piping

Hmm, PVC, good idea! That's a cheap way to mock it all up nicely.

Also, you can just grind down the welds. If you use a sanding drum you should be able to eliminate the appearance of welded joints. Them get it all ceramic coated and no one will ever know.
