Hi..

I found out that the lower pulley for the blower belt is bending when I give it some gas. I think thats why my belt sometimes walk 1 rib forward.
I guess the only reason for it to be there is to avoid the belt from touching the LH fan.

So my idea is to replace the fan and remove the lower pulley, I think this will remove alot of stress to the 2 bolts ( in the head) that holds the bracket
Any thoughs about it?

Next step is to remove the al.bracket that holds the Alt and PS. and make my own, so I dont need the 2 al. "spacers". Will weld something stronger so I dont so long bolts to the bracket.
