If you're talking about butt-weld pipe fittings, best place I've found is www.mcmaster.com I use the stainless steel ones in 1 1/4 nominal pipe size

They are commonly called "weld-els".
Not sure what's there in Cleveland (well, the mcmaster-carr distributor is there, might be able to drop by and pick some up...). Other sources are HVAC/plumbing/natural gas compression suppliers. Industrial supply shops, that type of thing.
But since you live in Cleveland, mcmaster is probably your best bet.

Sch 40 should be right.

I checked them out and it looks like they will be my best bet. I was thinking that the thin wall (.106") stainless els would be sufficient. I think that they are schd. 10.

Your call. It's not very strong, if the turbo is a ways back it'll be cantilevered and put a fair bit of force on those joints. But if you're using SS it'll hold the heat better than MS so you can go lighter. I would brace the turbo though, to help hold it up.

I got 1 1/4" schedule 10 weld-ells (stainless). They're nice and heavy, much thicker than standard wall tubing. I don't think they'll have any problem supporting a moderate sized turbo, though I plan on running a brace regardless.

Re: Turbo Header Fab, where to get elbows?

I got my turbos today, and all I know is I am going to have a hell of a time figuring out where to put them!!! It looks like the A\C has to go along with the window washer, coolant overflow jugs and the serp brackets. This is going to be fun!

I am trying to get a response from Willie on his headers, I love his setup!

Thanks for your advice and help guys!
