recommend me a cam!

I'm building a 3.1 turbo setup, slowly, and would like to get my head/cam work done now, and the turbo setup will be put on later in the year. Aluminum heads are coming soon, but I'm not too sure what cam I should get.

I've had my eye/was recommended http://store.summitracing.com/partde...4&autoview=sku that cam, 260 duration/.440 lift for a small trim turbo setup, and I was just wondering if that would be a good choice, or if anyone had a better suggestion?

Thanks guys, I can't wait to get this project together.

In most cases you'll need more lobe separation for a turbo setup.

Real world, anyone that is going to give you a real suggestion would need a ton more information about your setup and intended power band...

It's a small turbo setup, I'm not looking for huge numbers. What, exactly, do you need to know? I'm hoping for around 250ish hp.

Re: recommend me a cam!

I guess with a small turbo/no big power expected just about anything will work, even a stock cam, but otherwise to really pick out something that matches you need all the same info as you need NA(check out one of the cam manufacturers’ pages, they all have cam recommendation questioners to fill out) and more (amount of boost that you want to run, turbo size, type of manifolds/headers…)
