twin turbo set-up

So i've been wanting to do a twin turbo set-up for awhile now. Plan is to get a crate engine with around 450 hp then attach true duals with exhaust cut-outs and the turbo would be connected to the side that dumps out right behind the headers (no i don't have any yet), this way i figure i would be able to "turn off" the turbos. Anyway long story that i'll save for another time, reason i posted this is i've been doing some research on different twin turbo set-ups and I came across this: http://images.google.com/imgres?imgu...%3Den%26sa%3DN

I was just wondering if our cars (i have an 87 iroc w/ a 350 that has 109k on it). The article although wordy says that they used the stock engine and manifold for this setup. Anyway so bottom line is would are car be able to handle this?
