Car: 1986 caged out firebird
Engine: 454 = wheelies
Transmission: th400 stall and trans brake
Axle/Gears: 4:11 ford 9" with ladder bars
holeset HX-55

would it be a bad idea or even work to put a holeset hx-55 on a 400 sbc thought it might be fun any sugestions.

yes, it would work. It would also be a lot of fun. Flows enough air for 700 - 900 BHP depending on the model.

yea i got the turbo for free it is in great condition has little to no endplay and it spins forever also the 400sb was free to i have a set of 2.02 heads and i will buy a eagle forged rotating assembaly so in the end i might have 2,000 into it. also never did anything with turbos in V8s so need help on a cam for this thing
