i blew the 305 up and im gona get a crate from jegs soon. im pickin the 350 goodwrench with 260hp and 350 ft. lbs of tq. im perfectly content with that. there is some *** wipe at my school that has a srt4{dodge neon}. it runs consistant 13.7's, he called me out. i gota 700r4 tanny with all vette parts, shift kit, 2500 stall, trans cooler, then i gota 3.42 rear end with eaton posi. do i need spray to take this guy or can i get him on motor. if i get nos what kit should i get on a low budget? how much on a shot? i just need 2 beat this tool once then take the nos off? what can the engine handle? help me out guys? for the sake of american V8 power, skrew a kid with a 4cylinder turbo. if i got the nos would i have to change timing? im new to the nos scene help please!!

 

thats gonna be a cast piston motor, 100 shot would make me leary. save the extra cash and get like the 350HO with like 330 horse. by the time you get everything to set up the nitrous safely you will have probably made up the difference

 

In one hand your saying you are perfectly content with the 260hp and in the next you are wanting to walk on an SRT4 and run Nitrous (it's not NOS thats just one of the many companies that produce Nitrous kits.)

I suppose if you wanted to you can get a nice Nitrous kit and back the timing off and run 100 shot on that motor as long as the motor is perfectly healthy it "should" be fine. But there are never any for sure answers to that.
