From High Mileage 305 TPI to... ?

Axle/Gears: US Gear 3.42 Eaton True Trac
From High Mileage 305 TPI to... ?
Ok, my current 305 TPI, while still fun, has 150k miles on it...
Now I have a sweet ATI D1SC system in the closet...
So I would like to post what's been going on in my head for some guidance...
1. Might as well get a nice 350 at this point...
2. Vortec engines seem to have more power than what is in my car now...
3. I have a ported plenum, AS&M runners and would need a Vortec TPI base for said engine...
I'm looking to run about 15lbs of boost... so I would need the compression around 8.75:1
I would also benefit from a cam for my supercharger installed too...
Anything else I'm missing?

I know aluminum heads would be more $$$ and more power, but I'm shootin for 500 HP...
