I have been reading and looking and pulling hair and cussing. I cant seem to key in on what I need in terms of a cam. Here are my engine specs and a couple cams I was looking at.

Twin Turbo (Garrett T04B) 14# boost total
355 all forged 3.48 stroke

I would prefer a solid roller but how will that effect the knock sensor?
Lookin at some of the cams comp has. After talking to them they should be able to cut a solid roller close to the hydraulic specs. Its quite hard to figure out what to use and I would prefer to not guess. Help needed thanks!!!!

What kind of car is this? Track only? Street/strip? Is it manual or auto? If auto, what size stall? What heads do you have? I'm not really a cam guy, but you need to tell others more info on your setup to get recommendations.

 

Its a 88 formula T56 with corvette aluminum heads. I know I should get better heads but that's what I have for now. Street mild strip.
