I would tailor the heads and cam together with my intended RPM. Nitrous will be used 1% of the time the car is running. That being said I ran a 150-175 shot with vortec heads and it worked quite well.

If your jet chip advances timing, find out and account for it when you reatrd the timing with nitrous...

Well with my experience with nitrous you can run up to 125shot without much add ons. When you buy the Nitrous kit it will tell you, the most important thing is to make sure the engine does not burn oil at all..... If it does than it can cause premature dettenation. You don't want that. So take that in consideration. But Nitrous is one of the safest power adders money can buy. Oh and make sure those head and manifold bolts are tight....
