Nitrous & TBI?

So I was wondering what would be the right way to start some power adder going on and the first thing that came up was nitrous. I kinda wanted to get started in the field with some nitrous as my starter power adder. Here are my questions.

Right now I basically have a bolt-on L05 350, Edelbrock Performer TBI intake, Edelbrock Headers (Not sure on Part #, but they are emission legal headers), Exhaust, and some minor TBI unit mods. Stock internals. As for ignition only thing that has been added is MSD Ditributor and 6al box as for fuel its a stock replacement fuel pump. So what would be a good kit to start off with? I understand its not gonna be cheap to keep it as safe as possible and some kits don't have the best quality of parts.

I know the differences between Dry vs Wet nitrous systems, and figured a wet would be a good starting point on that.

What would you guys reccomend? I see some kits on Jegs/Summit and are wondering how well does will do.

Re: Nitrous & TBI?

Wet. Upgrade to TPI fuel pump. NOS sells a TBI spray plate. Entry level NOS is sniper.

Re: Nitrous & TBI?

definitely do wet on the TBI. and the NOS plate kit is probably the best deal for you. another thing, skip the TPI pump and get like a walbro 255, this will probably be cheaper and support more power.

255 walbro may be more than return line can handle? I suspect that pump flows way more than TPI. another alternative is the LT1 pump.
