either going dual rear turbo or front mount, need help sourcing parts

so its been a few months and the HSR 383 is running great, good power but im already itching for more. heres the engine specs, its a MAF car btw and im keeping the MAF cuz i want to run less than 10lbs boost, preferbly 5-7psi.

383 9.8:1
ported HSR, 58mm TB
patriot 195cc heads, XFI280 cam, 1.6rr.
has 30lb SVO injectors now, will upgrade when turbo install is ready.
SRP -16cc forged pistons, sportsman file fit moly rings (i gapped them myself more mild boost/nitrous)
Scat forged rods with ARP capscrew bolts.
Scat 9000 cast crank
ARP main bolts, ARP head bolts, everything is ARP.
melling high pressure M-55A pump.

Transmission is a 700r4, built by me, runs a 2900stall, beefed up with billet servos, boost valves, Bprg warner high energy clutches, 9clutch 3/4 clutch pack, has probuilt prostreet upgrade for 650+hp handling.

rear end is a ford 8.8, 3.55 rear gears, 28spline axles, solid pinion spacer, carbon fiber clutch posi rebuild by me,ARP cap studs, moser support girdle.

EXHAUST the most important part! headman LTs, true dual 3" header extensions, 3" xpipe, 3" force mufflers with turndowns. now im not sure how i want to run the turbos, this will be a BUDGET build! im thinking either rear mount where my dual mufflers are or an underhood traditional setup. setting it up out rear would be easy to mount the turbos but running the oil lines and pressure tubes to the front would be a PITA. but underhood mounting means custom headers that id make, and alot of cluttered engine bay but the lines and pressure tubes would be a breeze.

im only looking to run 5-7psi... hence the 9.8:1 compression and my QUENCH is perfect right now. i want to go with T3/T4 hybrids so i can build boost low and try to keep the car under 6000-6500rpms due to the crank/2bolt mains. i love the stealth ness of a remote system and i would run a electric oil pump on the return oil line... but i want some ideas and some help finding the cheapest parts.

i want to keep the true duals so im gona run dual turbos. i want it to spool fast and i dnt care about effiecency that i would loose with a remote system. car will be street driven.

i was thinking this type of turbo, i get confused with A/R and turbine size etc but ive read about it a good bit and have a grasp on what i need and what will work.

Im not looking to spend 500-1000$ on a turbo, just want a simple turbo with a self actuated BOV set to about 5-7psi. id slap the turbos on where my mufflers are, run the oil lines and run the charge pipe to the MAF and blast around in it

car now should be putting out 460-480hp NA, and i would like to make 600-650hp on 5-7psi. and at 5-7psi i will be able to run my 9.8:1 compression and 93 octane gas and be fine.

what u guys think? any better turbos? better prices?
