i know there are mixed feeling about ebay stuff but you get what you pay for. ive put and seen a ton of these on imports with no problems yet.. well besides there down pipe and one that boost creped from 14psi to 17psi and cheap headers. ive never had a problem with the turbos. and you really cant go wrong with the fmic's (as long as there bar and fin)
i ran one with my crx drag sohc car just to see. i built my own manifold and 1.6litre h-beams vitara pistons and over 27psi boost. i tuned it and got about 460whp

That set up should fit if you have a V belt car. It copies the BBS manifold that is made a while ago.

huh... donno what I would think of that... obviously a knockoff of the bbs setup, but I'm surprised about all the extras that it looks like someone did at least a little thinking about (catch can, fan, various electronics bits, boost controller...), not stuff that you'd expect in a cheap kit at all.

That makes me think either:
- someone sat down and found every cheap piece of junk that they could throw in a box and make it look good for the $
- or it might be OK.

maybe see if you could get your hands on installation instructions for it and see what they look like (If you do, I would love if you sent me a copy of them, I'll be quite willing to go through them and comment, since I've done a bunch of installs for a speed shop as well as custom work it should be fairly obvious what they've got if I saw the instructions).

i also work for a speed shop on my spare time. I build and tune. I mostly do hondas and mustangs but have done many diffrent cars. i dont really care for all the mis stuff it comes with. i have a catch can, greddy turbo timer and boost controller, hks bov. i have a lot of stuff just from doing these builds. i am mostly intrested in the intercooler, headders, turbo, piping.

well i can tell u the stuff may not be the best one out there but the price is not bad now i do tell cuz of my own experience be prepair for mods cuz so far i can tell u the piping is not the same sizes as the turbo or intercooler and there may not be reducers and im only able to tell u this cuz i got one similar my self some time ago but twins and my headers didnt fot or non of the piping match in sizes with turbos or intercooler but again i think the for the price is ok and on urs side u have the by looking at it the headers look like the can work so just let me know how a goes like i said is not e bad price at all

i do belive the gt45 turbo offered with that kit will not clear the valve cover, the person to talk to would be junkcltr on these boards i know he has first hand experiance with that set of headers and i belive any large t4 based turbo interferes witht he valve cover but he would know for sure

you are right.

The fitment of the passenger side header is horrible and will not clear #8 plug, even if you use short plugs the wire boot will still hit the pipe. The header flange is not clearanced for the fan sensor nor the temperature sending unit. If you look closely there is not a piece included to connect the crossover pipe with the passenger manifold so you will have to modify. And finally the wastegate tube is 1 5/8" but the wastegate flange is only 35mm so that will have to be fixed as well. There are no oil feed nor return lines for the turbo and a turbo that large will def. not clear your valve cover (i only have a .96 housing and turbo to header flange was about 1 1/2" away. I dont think the small "type-s" style bov will be enough for the hp listed in the description.

I bought these headers to use on my setup but ended up building my own because modifying them to fit was more work than starting from scratch. Notice how they dont even mention the headers where as they talk about everything else. mmhmm just my .02
