Building a 350 for nitrous?? HELP
Hey guys. What do i have to do to build my 350 up to handle a 100-125 shot of nitrous. I would like to not break the bank. This is my first nitrous build so any and all info will be greatly pleased.

Nothing special for that amount but if you're buying parts, forged pistons. That way once you get the bawls to run a bigger shot, you'll already have the pistons. Run NGK plugs too, they're easy to read and hundreds of pro nitrous racers run them.

Just get your tune right, keep up on regular engine maintenance and you'll most likely be fine. Whatever kit you get, go by their baseline tune and it'll be safe. You can go from there on what your engine likes as far as fuel pressure used, timing used, jet sizes used. For instance, I run a Cheater plate from NOS. They've revised their jetting charts in recent months but when I bought it, I think their base tune was 91f/82n with 6 psi of fuel for a 210 shot. I'm running 82f/82n with 5.25 psi fuel which really cleaned it up and runs great.
