Whipple charger or. A demon 750?

Right now I have a 4o2 chev. Big block with a holley Demon 750 on it now or do I though a whipple charger for a 88-97 for a small block on it being it's a lot of mods to make it work which is the better choice ?

does anybody know if the whipple charger is limited to horsepower or cubic inches
