Have a problem, need advise
Im having problems with a company called Turbowerx located in Texas.
I ordered their oil pump for my rear mount turbo and has failed me a few times burning 20A fuses while driving, causing oil to leak from the turbo seals into the charge pipe and exhaust.
Sent the pump back to be checked and told its fine but now will not resend my pump and seems to be ignoring my emails.
How would you recommend dealing with this situation?
I saved all emails exchanged.

I had a member on this board sell me something and put me in a similar situation. PM sent.
That "base" model pump looks like a cheap generic design pump for agricultural applications with a heat sink on it and 4x price markup.

At some point you will eventually have to cut your losses and move on. You can always report them to the BBB (Better Business Bureau), but that will do little to get your money back. Small claims court will most likely be a waste of time and money. It really sucks that some people do business this way, but they are out there. One thing that will hurt them as much, if not more, than reporting them to the BBB is to find as many websites you can where people might consider doing business with them and post negative comments about them. Letting them know your going to give them a lot of bad publicity may give them the incentive to work with you. If not, you at least inform others so it doesn't happen to them.
