An everyday turbo
Total rookie question but i have heard about a bunch of cars that come stock with turbos and i was wondering if you can add a turbo to a V6 camaro and keep it mild to where you could get a good HP increase but not hurt your overall engine or efficiency.

efficiency...
fuel
VE
BSFC
what?
I'd bet that if we wanted to we could come up with a dozen or more ways to talk about an engine's or car's efficiency that would have nothing to do with one another...
you've asked a question that really couldn't be answered, unless someone wants to try to write a book on all the effects of turbocharging a car...

Re: An everyday turbo
Sorry was trying to to explain it best i could i took project89's advice and have been living on the v6 forums tryng to find my answer.
Basically i was just referring to putting a turbo on my DD to get some more power out of it buti am not looking to do any racing. Like i said i have been on the V6 forums alot and am getting a good idea on how to draw some power out of engine without hurting it. sorry for not explaining very well
