5.3 and a T-76, in a thrid gen?

Ok, so I am finally going to do it. A turbo 5.3 conversion in my 87 Iroc. But I have a few issues to figure out first.
1. Will the truck manifolds flipped around fit in a 3rd gen?
2. Has anyone on this board ran the mufflex exhaust system? I would like to know about fitment, how well do they fit? I can build my own exhaust, and I probably will since this system is like $6-700. Maybe oval tubing for ground clearance.
3. How big of a waste gate should I use?
4. How big of a Blow off valve should I use?
5. EFI Live, or HP Tuners? I am thinking of HP Tuners for ease of use and the amount of tuning that is available.
Let me know what you think!

I flipped the truck manifolds upside down. I think they fit good. I have pics in LSX LTX swap threads "Another 5.3 swap"

I would do that, but I am going to try to run my stock hood. I am thinking of running the manifolds facing forward and down. I would like to be able to put the turbo in the stock battery location. The battery will be in the rear hatch.

The way my manifolds are facing and the angles of the pipe bends the stock hood does fit. The only thing thats doesnt fit, is my intake and alternator.
