tbi 350 with nos?
I have a 88 trans am thats been swapped with a 350tbi, has 60k on motor. I have a NOS dry kit i use to run on my crx. Ive done some research and to me it seems the easiest way would be to get the cheater plate. I do have selinoids and tanks as well as lines just not sure what plate to order everything i have found is for carbd engines. Also i have seen people just turning the fuel pressure up, is this efficient? or would you need more fuel delivery while spraying only? If so how is this achieved? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks alot!
Re: tbi 350 with nos?
A "dry" shot uses a box to bump the pressure up. You're not going to be able to get away with this on a TBI without a new pump probably. They do make TBI plates, they aren't the cheapest though. I'd drop the bux and get a fuel noid if you don't have one, then all you'd need are some short lines to plumb everything up and a way to tap the fuel line feed. a gauge fitting may be the way to go for that. It'll probably cost you 150-200 for it, but considering you'd be able to throw 100 on it without a ton of work I suspect your hp/$ would be pretty cheap since you have most of it already.
Re: tbi 350 with nos?
ok. and basically my setup was 2 solenoids into a nozzle that was being sprayed into the intake piping, could these solenoids be hooked up to a cheater plate? and who has the TBI plate? Also is there a tps engagement for these cars as well? So it would spray at WOT?

NOZZLE(1)

SOLENOIDS(fuel and n20)

I would suggest you definately need a TPI fuel pump. Go to NOS site and check out sniper system manual for much info. Universal Sniper is what you see.
