considering taking off procharger ... what do i need to do?

I am considering taking off the p600b procharger i have. what all do i need to do/have in order to do this? I know I need the plastic piece that goes from the throttle body to the air filters. What else? Also, as it is tuned for 36# fuel injectors, and only has 24# fuel injectors on it now, do we need to be retuned again? I'm trying to get an idea of parts / cost for this situation.

Besides the air intake tubing you will probably need shorter bolts for the balancer and crank pulley. Also shorter bolts to replace the ones holding the procharger bracket on. Before it goes lean and you burn a piston get it retuned.....

Boost is above 100 Kpa and with a NA engine you will never see that. The engine was tuned to run below boost levels with the bigger injectors as well as above. So below boost it had a shorter injector duty cycle to compensate for the larger injectors. Now with smaller injectors, they stay open just as long but provide less fuel.

why not just swap out the injectors for the 36# the car was tuned with, and by tuned i'm assuming someone burnt a chip for the ecm?

Now that seems like a bad idea. I'm waiting just to get my Vortech on.

Are you selling it or something?
