Kamikaze Performance Chip
Anybody heard anything about Kamikaze Performance Chips and if they work or not. I came across them on ebay:

It looks suspect to say the least and i've searched here and google and found no reviews so i'm very curious as to if they work of if they are a complete pile of junk. Any opinions or info on chips would be much appreciated.
