Alright here's what I have:
92 Camaro RS
spohn k frame
ls1
4l60 trans
Corvette belt system
I want to run a t76 turbo I want to know whats the best route to take? Make my own forward mainfolds? Use factory ones and flip them forward. My plan is to make it rock solid a/c still working all that... Please help! All insight much appreciated! THANKS ZANE

My buddy had a 4th gen with a stockish LS1...mild bolt ons and LS6 cam swap. GT4202 turbo which is about 74mm. 550+ whp with 11-12 psi. Fun car. Think he used basic logs or even factory manifolds but you need to see what room you have in that car.
Not sure the factory manifolds flipped forward will clear everything. If you want AC and using stock accessories, you may need to fab something to gain the room you need. With the motor in the car already, you can easily see what you need to do.
With the bottom end stock, you dont want to get crazy with the boost. Simple log header will work. My other friend has made 700+ hp on a simple log on his turbo truck builds.

Yeah my friend kyle says I could run a t76 and make 500 easy. I'm looking at some compound setups I think that would be pretty sick.

the ls1 4th gen f-body use a lsx truck passenger side manifold flipped forwards on the drivers side, and a corvette manifold on the passenger side when they want to keep A/C. Also most of them just weld v-band flanges to the cast manifolds

May want alittle bigger than twin 50's. I believe a 76mm can flow 95-105 lbs a minute depending on model/brand. To match that with twins, you'd want twin 57-60mm. Garrett GT3076 would fit. Its got a 57mm compressor wheel, and 60mm turbine wheel which is alittle smaller than a P-trim turbine found on alot of units like master power and such... they support a good bit of power. Should be a nice combination for up to 800/maybe 900 hp or so.
If you only wanted 500hp or so, those 50-52mm small units would kick butt and spool sooo fast.

Yeah true. So I've decided to run manifolds flipped forward and tig my own stainless piping and flanges. From what I've read 304 ss should be sufficient. Is this a good choice?
