What's the current hotness in scavenge oil pumps?

It's getting down to the wire and I just don't think I have enough drain "height" into the oil pan on my build so what does everyone run for an oil pump? I had a friend tig a -10 fitting into the timing cover and it's almost level after leaving the turbo's 1/2" 45* drain fitting. I'm presuming a level run into the oil pan is going to give me issues?

Check out the pumps from Turbowerx. I've got one on my turbo LS car and it works great. Just make sure that when you mount it, oil won't back flo from the pump to the turbo when you shut down your car. That's the problem I'm addressing on my setup currently.

Ironically enough, a local LSx guy popped his motor and sold me his turbowerx unit with ~3k miles on it for cheap. I want to put in an oil pressure warning light in case of failure but I have faith.

Used my turbowerx exa pump all year so far no issues. Works well. Mounted on a fabbed plate mount behind driver side turn signal. Takes -8 lines from turbos into a T, -8 to the pump, -8 to oil drain bung on pan but it would pump to valve covers or fuel pump blockoff plate if needed. Its a powerful unit

How long are your lines? Do you have a picture of the install?

Driver side turbo has about a foot or so of line to the T connector. Passenger turbo line is about 5-6 ft? Runs down behind headlight thru old battery tray across the cars front along side the airdam then into the T connector. From T theres about a foot or less line into pump. Then about 3-4 ft of line to oil pan on driver side.

I have some pics i believe, but need to relink them. My build thread was by webshots image hosting but that site changed and all links are down. I rehosted to photobucket but havent updated the links
