Procharger on a 383 with stealth ram

Right now I have zz4 heads ported with dish pistons I was told around 10:9:1 last dyno I was around 425 whp putting 8-10 boost what problems should I take care of now? I also have 36 lb injectors. What I hector should I run as well? Any advice would be much appreciated

If it runs good, keep it running good. Retard the timing on a chassis dyno and get some EGT numbers to verify it is right. Keep the air/fuel ratio around 11:1 since your compression is very high.

you DO have a wideband right? And an EGT gauge?

Zz4 are 58 cc and flat tops in a 383 would be well over 11.5 to 1. 64 cc makes 11 to 1.

So you have 8-10 psi on this motor already at that high compression? I would expect more than 425 whp, thats more like an all motor number if those heads are extensively ported and cam is big. I assume you are wanting to add 8-10 psi. Thats a tall order on pump gas but doable if you run cold plug run it rich and use methanol injection and good intercooler. Thats going to be very close to the borderline of detonation

If it does work, you will need 60 lb injectors

Methanol injection would be on my list of things to do.

A more aggressive camshaft might make it more pump gas friendly.

60lb injectors for sure possibly double in-tank fuel pumps.

Aeromotive A1000 to make sure fueling is right for sure. That is what I did.
