Supercharge 305 4 barrel?

Car: 86 camaro
Engine: 305 carb (crate)
Transmission: 5spd?
Supercharge 305 4 barrel?
86 z28 and I want to keep it with the 305. I heard the T-5 transmission can't handle more than 200hp so I was thinking t56. Do I need a new diff? Where do I start with making the 305 capable of handling this reliably. Thanks
