Added a MAT Timing table adder. Adds timing to value pulled from both lower RPM and upper RPM tables.
Added a Fueling table adder. Adds to VE value pulled from both upper and lower VE tables.
Added a Fueling table adder. Adds to VE value pulled from both upper and lower VE tables.
