I designed a new pulley for my BBC Procharger F-1R setup. It has a 6 bolt pattern instead of 3, a thicker hub to spread the load and use the unthreaded portion of bolts instead of riding on the threads, and a 6 rib pulley on the front for accessories instead of a v belt. I got the largest pulley I could find for the alternator and went for about a 2.6:1 ratio to spin the alternator faster at idle while still keeping it <= 18000 at redline. The alternator pulley is 62mm, Delco 10477425. The Procharger single v-belt setup had a decently sized alternator pulley, but the ratio was around 1.9:1 and the v-belt understandably couldn't handle the CS-140 alternator. More pictures to follow when I get it bolted on and find the right belt length!
