PAW.... what is Wrong with them?

PAW.... what is Wrong with them?

What is so wrong with PAW??? Most dislike it... I know their customer service is not as great as summits.. but other reason?

I haven't done busines with them so I wouldn't know, but you might find out on the Vender review forum. That would be the place for this question.

I've always had great luck with PAW, but what is hurting them is no online catalog.

Plus isn't it long distance or order something online?

their advertising is really poor. They appear like a generic JC whitney like company. The need color adds and an updated look.

But for me I don't use them because since I live in CA I would have to pay 8+% tax where if I use Summit it gets a here a day later and I don't have to pay tax. Plus summit has a catalog they send out everyother month and PAWs catalogs is like a phone book that they chrge you for. I was a loyal customer but when I placed my order one time I requested an updated catlog (mine was 2 yrs old) and they charged me for it.

Another time I ordered an engine and after three weeks I called and they said they didn't have a block in stock to make a short block. That pissed me off because they never told me about the wait.
