How much nitrous is safe on this engine?

I wouldn't spray it anything over 125hp. I had a stock 91 TBI 305 and sprayed 150hp to it. Didn't have any problems at all. I wouldn't recommend it though unless you really have a good idea on what you are doing.

I recommend no more than 150 hp on v8's with 4" or larger bore on cast pistons (or hyperujunktic) even though some others do.
