question on warmer???

the "regular" bottle warmers just get the temp up to like 85*...thats great on a full bottle, but what happens if the bottle is half full or 1/4 full?? You dont get enough pressure and you make a crappy pass!! I dont have a warmer yet and I think paying $100+ IS FRICKING CRAZY. What other methods have been used to maintain pressure...like a heating pad or something? ALso, if I were to get a "regular" warmer, could I bypass the thermostat and let it get as hot as I want it to? I have the guage in plain view so I can keep an eye on it no prob, and I will wire it to an ign source s o it wont heat overnight or something like that...whatcha think?

the NX bottlewarmer http://www.outlawperformance.com/heavdutfulau1.html uses a pressure tranducer to maintain pressure at 900-100 PSI (optimal) but no bottle warmer can make up completely for a empty bottle. they can help you get the last of your noitrous out. and are especially useful during the winter months or cold nights to get you your "best" shot.

Make your own. Good luck. Do the research, create your own product, start your own business, pay for advertising, and when your done, still make a profit.

If you do that and it doesn't catch on fire, I might think about buying one.

Find out how much current, well I guess power(Watts) a regular heat pad takes and see how much a power converter costs for that power output. Those power converters range from like $30-100+. It might work out cheaper, I'd be interested in how much cheaper as well.

The guy with the blow torch heating his hooked up bottle in his trunk scares me as well.

for the $50, the one from NX with the pressure driven "stat" is much better. I've used a heating pad to warm my bottle while waiting for N2O warehouse to ship me mine.. was only used at the track on 3 runs. You have to be REALLY careful to watch your pressure gauge to make sure it doesn't go over 1100-1200 PSI.. You can make your own and use it.. But, when you forget about it... and the 1LE goes boom, you'd be wishing you weren't so cheap Alex
