Take a look at the regulators made by Aeroquip. Jegs sells them.

Get rid of that BG regulator. I have heard nothing but bad things about BG. There fuel pumps and regulators do suck. If it was up to me, I would look into getting a magnaflow or a products engineering regulator. Aeroquip makes a quality piece also.

I hate fuel pressure creep so much that I will only run return style on cars we build, is that what you guys have?

b4ctom is right. Fuel pressure will not fluctuate so badly with a return.

Hey, I just read your sig. You got a pretty fast ride. I am curious about the cam your running. I am thinking about a 383 in the near future. Also, what stall, gears, trans and tires you using to get you into the 10's

The magnaflow regulators are very good pieces. The shop i work at builds some very high end stuff, and we use alot of the 4 port magnaflows. the 2 port should wour well also. By the way, thats a pretty good running 383 you got.

the tires are 28x12.50x15 e.t.streets on 8.5" convo pros (they fit on the old 85 heaven help me if they won fit now). gears are 4.10s in a currie 9". the trans will probably be a th350 or 400 with a brake (that I will build for myself) and I will let the converter shop build the converter to spec. its they're job, who am I to tell them how to do it. I learned along time ago to leave things that are specialized up to the people that " specialize" in it. So I have a paint guy for paint, an interior guy for interior, a cage guy for real nasty chromoly cages and chassis (we do 8 points here ourself though), a CNC machinist for the special things, and a racer for our engine machinist. We do the concept, design, power, assembly, parts, dynotuning, and sales our selves just like everybody else. It is a professional relationship that produces "mad rides".
