noise of an s/c

noise of an s/c

Just got my car back from the Vortech-installation.
the power is great, just whats a bit annoying is the sound of the s/c. will it become quiter after a while or will it stay like that?

you're kidding right? That's one of the best things about a S/C.. the whistle/whine... mmm... if anyone asks if your car is blown, just tell them it's a bad tensioner pulley

its only at a stop light its really loud and it sound like theres something bad. but during driving i like the sound.

to me that is the most beautiful sound ever, some times they are even worse actually have a "chugging" noise at idle in addition to the whine.
