how to post pics that arn't hosted

how do you post pics that you cant find an address for, such as a pic from an e-mail? My mom scanned some pics at work and emailed them here.

You can directly attach an image from your HD. But it has to be smaller than roughly 1.2MB. Down at the bottom of a reply or post there is a browse button, just click it and find your file.
