Where are all the moderators???

I am not trying to get anyone in trouble, or am I trying to stir sh*t, but where are the moderators to the Body and Interior forum??? There is alot of wasted space here. The kinda stuff that is usually locked up with in a day or two. Just curious????? For example. Here's one
https://www.thirdgen.org/techbb2/sho...hreadid=144586

This started of as one of those chain letter to get rich quick sceams. Mailing someone $1 at the top of the list or some crap. Had nothing to do with cars period. Just trying to help keep it clean and usefull.

try the little report to a moderator at the bottom of any post you find needs to be locked.

I agree with that

Its time to clamp down again. I dont usually complain but when I almost want to report 2 or 3 post last night things need to change.

Some of these new members and post ****** are changing the overall feeling of this board. "Check out this vette" post?? then he says i know it will get locked. Or what kind of rims should i get?? damm man if you dont know how the heck should we. Time to tighten up the rules and go to town with "this thread closed"

What's wrong with that, this is what the boards are for, to get opinions and feedback

I must agree with Mark here. SOme threads are colsed far to easily. I seen one the other day in the engine swap section.. Someone made a new thread called. " Oh the glory" I beleive that is what it was. Then that person posted a pic of him changing a engine,(in a camaro). I beleive CLosed it. NOt sure why though. It is good to be persistant with bad posts, but not to over do the power either. Sorry it was AHH the Glory. https://www.thirdgen.org/techbb2/sho...hreadid=144657 We arent' sure what he was up to, or getting at, but he didn'teven get a chance.

NO offence , closed that far to soon. IMO anyway. Thanks for listening.

Keiran

P.S I hope I don't get attacked by moderators now??? LOL! J/K

i'm not going to attack you, but i'm going to offer some advice.

if you have a problem with how a moderator is doing their job, contact them.

some of us are on the messenger programs, most have private messenging enabled, and we like to hear how our members feel we are doing our jobs.

do us a favor and keep criticizing of moderators off the boards. if you have a problem with a moderator, take it up with them, or contact dirk or brad.

thank you

I guess that would have been a better route to have taken. I do appologize, but I thought that is what this part of the board was for??? I agree...I guess I shouldn't have mentioned any names, but that one thread just stuck out in my mind. I really didn't mean to single anyone out like that. Madmax...sorry it wasn't anything personal, it just stuck out in my mind. Won't happen again.

Sincerely Keiran.
