vin checker program
so today i was bored and i wrote a little program to verify VIN's using the check number. kinda did it for fun, and it makes it a lot easier for you guys to check your VINs. it does the same exact thing as https://www.thirdgen.org/newdesign/vin/checkdigit.html

credit should go to thirdgen.org for listing the forumla on how to check your code. all i did was put it to good use
