I have seen others post or attach PDF files from Adobe, for
other to read or view. How is this done?
Thanks for any help.

I'm sure you know that normally you would click on the Browse button in the Attach file field (below the reply box) and find the file to upload to the server that would be stored on TGO's mysql database (basically, they host it). But as you can see, they do not allow pdf extensions.
jpg gif png jpeg bmp are the only extensions they currently allow. You'd have to get one of the admins to add the pdf extension in the admin control panel to allow those file types. Otherwise, you'd have to just link to the pdf document that is hosted outside of TGO.
Actually, there is one way that I know of that I could be able to force a pdf file into the database despite the pdf extension not being allowed, but this isn't one of those cases. Of course that wouldn't be a good idea anyway.
