Copyright infringement on TGO V6 board?

I posted this in the v6 board and i guess i pissed someone off or i wasnt supposed to post it there but. On the v6 board there is scanned copy of pages out of the 60 degree v6 bible unless TGO owns the copyright or has the written permission of the publishing company then this is copy right infringement. But since my last post was taken off and not moved here if i put it in the wrong place i take it no one cares. this really does suprise since, this is at the bottom of each page.

Them claiming a coypwrite on this entire site means they own them pages. Every word I am typing they now own. If what above said is true and is legaly binding.

But fact is this has become the norm for big car forums.
Anything you say or post is now their property. So the disclaimer says. But most Microsoft software makes you sign away your first born if you ever read the full license.
