Clock incorrect

Clock incorrect
Can someone please get the current time set correctly? It's not even close......
The server time is a little slow, but it is not extremely out of sync.
You may need to adjust the Time offset for your timezone if you show a different hour, since the server is located in AZ, and i believe it does not have daylight savings time. So the server's time zone compared to others, changes.
You can adjust your time offset in the usercp section under the Edit Options link. Below is the direct link. Scroll to the bottom.

I can figure the hour part, but the minutes being either 15 or 45 off is kinda irritating...
